All children have the right to feel safe and valued. As a teacher of secondary age pupils in both school situations and my own studio, it is my responsibility to make certain that they do.

I keep my Safeguarding Course Level 1 updated on a regular basis.

In my studio, I discuss with parents what will make them and their child feel most at ease. Online safety is very important, so I ask that parents make sure that their children attend their lessons properly dressed and in a public area of the house. I always teach professionally dressed and in my dedicated music studio space.
